Your account will remain suspended, despite your balance, until you email billing@snapblox.com saying something like the following: "Hello, my domain is yourdomain.com and I just paid all the invoices due on my account. However, I'm still suspended." Once our billing department receives your correspondence, your site should be promptly unsuspended.
