I have my account setup for recurring charges. Why am I being contacted to pay?




Many credit card companies are now requiring the security code on the back of the card to be submitted with the transaction. It is illegal to store this number. We cannot do so and as a result, a small percentage of cards that require it will fail every month. Your only options would be to use a different credit card or login every month at snapblox.com/portal and pay your invoices due manually.
