Why did I get "unsupported extensions: when I enter my CSR code?




 

 

If you are generating your CSR either from WHM or other Linux based server, you need to put a challenge passphrase (password) all in alphanumeric.

GeoTrust or SBS will return error as Unsupported Extensions if you're entering non-alphanumeric characters. Unfortunately, we pass the error messages from them directly, so it might be confusing.
